Our return policy on Under The Hood® radio show gift shop items is as follows.

• No returns on wearables such as T-Shirts and Hoodies 
• Non-Wearable items may be returned if in their original unopened condition. The plastic wrap must still be on the box in the case of prepackaged items.
• Items can not be returned after 30 days.
• You must pay the shipping on returns for credit unless we verify the item was damaged in shipping by means of notice from the shipper. You must inspect packages upon arrival and alert shipper of damage before acceptance. 
• Refund will be made by the same form in which payment was made and may take up to 10 business days.
